Unnecessary Product Return

The customer has the right to withdraw without reason and return the product within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, its packaging intact (closed) and including the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer. The refund (includes only the price of the product and not the costs of the original shipment) is made within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the product by the company.

Defective products

In case of a defective product, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary) within fourteen (14) working days days from the date of receipt thereof. In this case, the costs of return (or of the new shipment, in the cases of replacement/change) will be borne by the Company. The refund (including the price of the product and the costs of the initial shipment) is made within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the product by the company.

Damaged products

In the case of a damaged product, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary) within fourteen (14) working days from the date of its receipt, provided that the product has been checked upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (it is noted that the carrier is obliged to remain during the process of unsealing the products). In this case, the costs of return (or of the new shipment, in the cases of replacement/change) will be borne by the Company. The refund (including the price of the product and the costs of the initial shipment) is made within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the product by the company.

Wrong shipment

In the event of incorrect product shipment, which is due to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) working days of receiving it. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, the packaging intact and the original contents included. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company. The refund (including the price of the product and the costs of the initial shipment) is made within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the product by the company.

Return / Replacement of products

In the event that the product received by the customer is not defective, damaged or is not a wrong shipment, but he wishes to change it due to the wrong choice of size, color (and other similar cases) then the cost of return and reshipment is borne by the customer and must be done exclusively with the partner company Speedex. This process can only be completed if the product and packaging are in their original condition (no part of the packaging-bag-box-tag is missing, the product has not been worn and has no damage). The return or replacement of the product is accepted within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, leggings and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns will only be accepted after the product to be returned has been inspected. The product must be in the exact same condition as it was delivered. (no part of the packaging-bag-box-tag is missing, the product has not been worn and has no damage). In the event that this is not the case and the product and its packaging are damaged, the product is returned to the customer and the shipping costs are borne by him.

In all cases of return, it is the customer’s responsibility to return all documents accompanying the product intact and in perfect condition (eg invoice, retail receipt).
